These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to your dealings with Express Car Rentals, a trade name of Makeena Solutions Limited Company (we, us, our), 1910 Pacific Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
This website provides general information about our weekly vehicle rentals. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of a vehicle.
To rent from us you must provide a valid driver's license and the information we request. We review every application and may approve it, place it on a waitlist, ask for more information, or decline it. We do not run a credit check to approve a rental. We may verify your driver's license and insurance before and during a rental.
Every rental is governed by a written Car Rental Agreement that you must sign before pickup. If these terms and your Car Rental Agreement conflict, the Car Rental Agreement controls.
Rental payments are due before the vehicle is released and then in full by 6:00 PM local time on each scheduled due date. Late fees, extensions, and default are governed by your Car Rental Agreement. A security deposit or payment authorization may apply as stated in your Car Rental Agreement. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store full card numbers.
Vehicles may only be driven by the renter and drivers we approve in writing, for lawful purposes, and as permitted by your Car Rental Agreement. Smoking in our vehicles is not allowed. Renters are responsible for insurance and liability as described in the Car Rental Agreement, and we strongly recommend that every renter maintain third-party liability coverage.
By submitting an application you agree to receive text messages from Express Car Rentals about your application, rental status, payments, and pickup or return. Promotional text messages are optional, are agreed to separately with their own checkbox, and are not required to rent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for errors or interruptions on this website, and information on it may change without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes about a rental are handled as stated in your Car Rental Agreement.
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
